General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the product has been successfully delivered to the specified account, email, or in-game profile. Digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, which is why we carefully review every refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Orders that have been successfully delivered and confirmed to the correct recipient account, email, or in-game profile.

Issues caused by incorrect details provided by the buyer, including wrong game ID, username, region, platform, or email address.

Change of mind after delivery has been completed or processing has begun.

Orders where the buyer's account is banned, restricted, or otherwise ineligible to receive the purchased item due to publisher or platform policies.

Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes, unless the item was not delivered.

Eligible for Review

Orders that have not been delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation — you may request a full refund or choose to wait for resolution.

Duplicate or accidental orders reported within 30 minutes of placement, provided processing has not yet begun.

Transactions confirmed as undeliverable by our fulfillment team due to stock issues, supplier errors, or technical failures on our end.

Orders where the delivered product significantly differs from what was described or purchased (wrong denomination, wrong region, incorrect item).

Unauthorized transactions — if you believe a purchase was made without your consent, contact us immediately along with your payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

Review & Resolution Process

During review, we verify delivery status with our fulfillment partners, check transaction records, and may request additional proof or screenshots from you.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. In some cases, depending on payment provider policies or processing constraints, we may offer store credit as an alternative. We will always discuss options with you before finalizing.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider: credit and debit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days, cryptocurrency refunds may take 1–3 business days, and store credit is applied instantly upon approval.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback for an order that was successfully delivered constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account suspension and restriction from future purchases.

Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order was delivered (for example, in a multi-quantity purchase), we may issue a partial refund corresponding to the undelivered portion.

If a delivered product has reduced functionality or value due to an error on our part, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as appropriate.
