To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyad Store Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
