Apple, guest and Google Play Games-linked accounts are not supported.
- 2-step verification must be turned on for that Google or Facebook account. Keep the phone or email that receives its code with you.
- Only packs bought fully inside the game. Packs that open Kingdom Waystation or another web store are not supported.
Your account stays safe
- The team signs in only to make your purchase.
- We never change your password, email, linked accounts, region or other settings, and your progress stays as it is.
- Do not log in to the game while we work, and change your password after delivery.

What do I get?
The package you choose, bought inside Kingshot by our team and added to your existing account. Login top-up: the team signs in to your account only to make this purchase.
How does delivery work?
After payment, open My Orders and use your private order link to submit your sign-in details. Many games send a verification code by email or SMS when the team signs in, so the order page then asks when you can answer one: press "I'm ready" (for 30 minutes up to 4 hours) when you can reply within minutes. The team signs in only then and asks for the code on that page.
I sign in with Google or Facebook. Is that supported?
Yes. We use that account only to open Kingshot and make your purchase. Google or Facebook may ask for a 2-step code or an "Is it you?" approval while the team signs in, usually on your phone (an SMS, a prompt or an authenticator code), not by email, so press "I'm ready" only when you have that phone with you and can answer within minutes. Change that password after delivery.
What is "Any in-game pack worth US$X"?
One pack from your in-game shop whose price is exactly US$X. After payment, enter the pack name and price exactly as your shop shows them on your order page. It must be bought inside the game, not on a web store. If your shop shows another currency, choose the pack at the same price tier.
What if I cannot answer a code right now?
Press "Not now" on your order page and come back when you can. The team asks for a code only after you press "I'm ready", and your order waits until then.
